Comme vous le savez sans doute, Manon a heterotaxy syndrome qui fait en sorte que son coeur n'est pas formé tout à fait comme le notre. Puisque c'est le cas, elle a déjà eu besoin une opération chirurgicale peu de temps après sa naissance.

Le 16 septembre 2008, Manon commence sa prochaine étape. Elle devra avoir une cardiac catheterization (un dye test) pour vérifier le flow de son sang. Les médecins pourront ensuite analyser les résultats pour décider s'il faut opérer en automne ou attendre encore un peu.

Manon was born with a condition known as heterotaxy syndrome. Her heart's abnormalities lead to an operation soon after birth.

On September 16, 2008, Manon will return to the IWK for her cardiac catheterizaton (a dye test) to determine the next step - an operation in the fall or another few months of waiting...
